zalvoni.com is owned and operated by FELARQ VENTURES PRIVATE LIMITED ("we", "us", "our"), registered at No 30/2, Jai Nagar Colony, Pattalam, Choolai, Chennai 600012, Tamil Nadu, India. Zalvoni is a brand of FELARQ VENTURES PRIVATE LIMITED. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Replacement & Refund Policy and Undelivered Orders Policy.

Using the site

• You must be at least 18 years old, or use the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
• You log in with your mobile number and a one-time code. Keep your phone secure; orders placed from your account are treated as yours.
• Do not misuse the site, interfere with its working, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Products and descriptions

Our bags are made from vegan (animal-free) leather and other non-animal materials. We describe and photograph every product as accurately as we can, but colours can look slightly different on different screens, and slight variations in texture and finish are normal.

Prices and payment

• Prices are in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes. Shipping is free within India.
• We currently accept cash on delivery. Please keep the order amount ready when your parcel arrives.
• Prices and availability can change without notice. If a price or listing is shown in error, we may cancel the affected order and will tell you if we do.

Orders

An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch it. We may decline or cancel an order, for example when a product is out of stock, a delivery address cannot be verified, or an order appears to break these terms. You pay nothing for a cancelled cash-on-delivery order.

Delivery, replacements and refunds

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy. Damaged, wrong or defective items are covered by our Replacement & Refund Policy. We do not accept returns for a change of mind.

Intellectual property

The Zalvoni name, logo, product photos and site content belong to FELARQ VENTURES PRIVATE LIMITED. Do not copy or reuse them without our written permission.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the price you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Chennai have jurisdiction, without affecting your right to approach a consumer commission.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.

Grievance redressal

In accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, you can raise a complaint with our Grievance Officer. Complaints are acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within one month of receipt.
